RPG a Day - Day 22: Which RPGs are the easiest for you to run?

At first, I was going to re-mention some of the rules-lite games that I've already discussed, such as Savage Worlds, D6xD6, or QAGS.  Of course, we play these enough that I know the systems, and the rules are easy so I don't have to look them up.

However, as I pondered this more, I think the games that seem easiest to run, and keep running, are horror games.  Since this is  what interests me the most, pretty much anything horror related, whether it be a monster of the week, or a campaign like the ETU game we are running, these seem to be the types of games that hold my attention.

Also, being a horror fan, most of the media I consume falls into the horror category.  Even growing up (and now) the comics that I read are horror comics, not super hero comics.  Like most geeks, this gives me a lot to draw upon for source material.

So, the easiest RPGs for me to run are those that deal with monsters, the supernatural, and horror in general.
