RPG a Day - Day 21: Which RPG does the most with the least words?

As we get older, and have less and less time to actually prep and play RPGs, my group appreciates minimalist, or lite rule sets.  For me this means a rule set that is both flexible to handle nearly anything, and yet doesn't feel broken.  Right now, my current favorite is Lester Smith's D6xD6.  The core rules is only 28 pages or so, and I've already found it flexible enough to handle sci-fi, to magic, to supers.  You can even see the rules for free at his website, or you can get the full book, which includes a whole collection of books and novels that have already been adapted, from DriveThru.
